Assembly steps
- - Screw on one side of the ball valve, a brass reducer and on the other, the two elbows (these must form a 180° angle).
Note that if you are right handed, the reducer should be placed on the right side.
- - Screw the other brass reducer to the end of the right angles.
- - Screw the 1" to 40 mm PVC reducers on both ends.
- - Glue on the 180° angle side, the 1 m PVC tube (this is the cannon). On the other side, glue the small piece of 40 mm
tube.
- - Glue the 40 to 50 mm PVC reducer to the small pipe.
- - Glue a sleeve to this reducer.
- - Glue the 50 mm pipe to the sleeve and glue the last sleeve to the end of the pipe.
- - This is the hard part. Depending on the size and shape of your bicycle tire valve, drill a hole on the end cap so the
valve fits in snugly. The trick is to keep it hermetic.
Use Teflon on the threaded parts. The bicycle or car tire valve can usually be found at car garages for free. You can sharpen
the end of the cannon a bit so the potato is easier to insert. For a successful shot, the valve must be opened as fast as
possible.
The cannon will need a bit of maintenance (changing teflon when leaking).

How to fire:
- Insert a projectile into the barrel.
- Close the valve and pump the reservoir through the special bicycle or car tire valve WITH AIR using a bicycle pump
or a compressor. I suggest you use a manual pump instead.
- Aim at a non-human or animal Target and release the valve as fast as you can to not loose any energy.
- Have Fun!
